Returns & Refunds Policy – Puppywhippd

We want both you and your pup to be 100% happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you.

Return Window

You have 2 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 2 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@puppywhippd.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., treats, food)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Used toys or opened hygiene products (like grooming tools)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective, damaged, or sent in error. Let us know within 2 days and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
